We want you to love your magical keepsake as much as we loved creating it. If something’s not quite right, we’re here to help

Change of Mind

Because our products are handmade, we don’t offer refunds for change of mind. Please choose carefully and reach out if you have any questions before ordering—we’re happy to help!

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, we’ll make it right. Just email us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • A photo of the item and packaging

  • A brief description of the issue

We’ll offer a replacement, store credit, or refund—whatever suits you best.

 
Returns Process

If a return is approved, we’ll provide instructions for returning the item. We cover the return shipping costs for faulty items. For all other cases, return postage is the customer’s responsibility.

Processing Time

Refunds are processed within 5 business days of receiving the returned item. You’ll be notified once your refund or replacement is on its way.
